The persistent energy crisis has made it difficult for many industries to rely completely on the grid for their energy requirements. To survive, most industrial units have resorted to setting up large captive power plants running on furnace oil, diesel or gas. The companies have to undergo significant capital expenditure and ongoing running costs in the form of fuel. Moreover, there is very little certainty with respect to input prices, with considerable volatility. As electricity costs form a significant part of the cost structure, companies would certainly prefer visibility of cost in the future. There are also logistical issues in arranging regular delivery of fuel and significant maintenance costs in maintaining the generation facilities. We have a comprehensive solution that solves all of these problems.
We are one of the first companies in Pakistan offering solar solutions on a long-term Power Purchase Agreement. The system will be designed, developed and installed in collaboration with an internationally reputable solar EPC provider.
